What is a Back Clip Harness? Back Clip Harnesses are made for calm dogs or dogs that are trained not to pull on the leash. Harnesses reduces pressure from neck or trachea and reinforce the grip across your pet's chest area instead of the neck like a traditional collar. Back Clip Harness are gentle on dogs and feels more natural and at ease for dogs which promotes a more natural, calm response and easy walk; however, they should not be used for dogs who likes to pull as a back clip only harness will give them the advantage to pull with ease. A No-Pull Harness with both Front Clip and Back Clip should be used until the dog is well trained not to pull on the leash under all circumstances.
