Customization includes your choice of flower design (where the flower represents the birth month of your pet or simply your favorite flower of choice) on the front of the tag, your pet's name, symbol of choice and 4 engraving text area for your contact numbers, address, medical condition, your pet's microchip # or any personal message you may want to engrave on your pet's tag. 

As all items are custom made and personalized with your pet's name / your  information, it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned after the order has been submitted past the first hour.
