Customization includes your pet's name, address (or 2 lines of open engraving text) and your contact number or your pet's microchip #. 6 sizes and 3 available colors to choose from. As all items are custom made and personalized with your pet's name / your  information, it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned after the order has been submitted past the first hour.
