We did receive your emial on Sep 30 at 7:50pm and replied back to you the following day on Oct 1 at 9:12am and subsequently followed up with you on Oct 4 at 1:28pm advising you that your order will arrive on Oct 7 as per USPS. We also did confirm that your items were delivered on October 7, 2023, at 2:08 pm as posted on USPS website and have not heard back from you since.
